Set up can begin at 9am for Wedding Events and all hourly events can begin set up 2hrs prior to the start of the event. *vendors can set up earlier if requested*
A Wedding Planner is preferred, if there is no wedding planner you will have an additional fee for our in house event coordinator to be present during the event. This is to ensure that your wedding day will be stress free and the event will run smoothly.
Beer and Wine is permitted but no alcohol is allowed. Old Homestead Farm has their own ABC license so no event permits are needed. A separate contract is needed for beer and wine or can be done through your caterer.
The Barn can seat up to 150 dinner guests and can accommodate many other types of events.
The Barn, Bridal Suite and Groomsman Room all have heating and air.
Wish Lanterns, Confetti, Rice, Glitter, Smoking, Vaping and no open flames are permitted on the grounds but we welcome bird seed, bubbles and sparklers outside of the Barn.

Yes, both are allowed, music needs to end by 10pm on week days and 11pm on weekends. Please keep in mind that a band will take up some space in the Barn and may limit your seating.
You will have a one-hour rehearsal time the day before the wedding as the schedule allows. The Barn can be reserved 2 months prior to your wedding date for an additional cost if available.
Cash, Check, Money Order, Bank Check and Credit Cards are all accepted.
No, if you would like us to take care of the clean-up there will be an additional $250 fee.
